Lisa joined the Chaplaincy in October, 2010, with over 20 years experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, including, most recently, seven years at mega-church, Fellowship Church, located in Grapevine, Texas, where she helped design and implement key tools for the successful coordination and management of volunteers. During her tenure at Fellowship, Lisa was responsible for multiple teams of volunteers, ranging from very small to five hundred plus.
Lisa brings a unique combination of business acumen and people skills to our organization. Previous employers include KPMG, Ernst & Young, The Mountain Group and Texas Instruments. She is a true master of people relations and a stickler for details. Lisa is committed to excellence and is passionate about process improvement in non-profit management. Her enthusiasm, focus and genuine care for our volunteer team and the passengers and employees of the Airport are a tremendous asset and help to further the vision and mission of the Chaplaincy.
Lisa has three beautiful daughters, Jennifer, Jessica, and Elizabeth and one amazing grandson, Jared. She is married to Bryan, an avid Texas Rangers fan, and in their spare time, they enjoy Ranger games and spending time with their family.
