Terminal A, Gate 24

Non-Secure

Established 2000 | Seats 6

The Chapel in Terminal A is home to the first stained glass art commissioned for the DFW Airport Interfaith Chaplaincy program. Its patterns and colors are meant to speak to persons of every faith. To some, the window seems to capture in one stroke both the unity and diversity of the world's great religions. The window was designed by David Wilson in 1978 and executed by Rambusch & Associates. It is a treasured resource for the Chaplaincy and a fond remembrance of our earliest days.

In the wake of Braniff's 1982 shutdown and the renovation of the terminal, the original Chapel in Terminal B was demolished and reborn in a new location in 1985. Lovingly known as the Braniff Airways International Chapel, the Chapel in Terminal B also hosts many of our service men and women as they prepare to return to active duty in the Middle East theatre of operations.
