Harold G. Smith is the Vice President of Business Operations at Arlington Baptist College in Arlington, Texas, where he is responsible for all property, assets and office staff.
Prior to joining Arlington Baptist College, he held the position of Executive Vice President of Redlee/SCS Inc, a service management group headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Smith was responsible for budgets, planning, forecasting, and development of the Central Region. His personable demeanor was a great asset in the day-to-day relations with both customers and employees.
Mr. Smith served as the Executive Pastor of First Baptist Church in Katy, Texas and prior to that as the Senior Associate Pastor at MacArthur Boulevard Baptist Church in Irving, Texas.
Mr. Smith is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention where he served on the Executive Committee. He has Chaired the Communication Work Group and the Business & Finance Work Group and has served as both the Vice Chairman and the Secretary of the Business & Finance Sub-Committee. In addition, Mr. Smith was a board member of the Southern Baptist of Texas Convention and has held various positions, including Chairman of the Executive Board, for two consecutive years and Vice Chairman of the Executive Board the year prior.
Mr. Smith also served as a board member of the Fort Worth Building Owners & Managers Association.
