


R. Clay Paslay

Clay Paslay is the President of Paslay Management Group (PMG) a professional management firm specializing in advising and representation of aviation facility owners in the planning and execution of major capital development programs.
Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Mr. Paslay had a twenty-five year career that culminated in the successful completion of the $2.7 billion capital Development Program at the Airport.
Prior to joining DFW Airport, he was Program Manager for Capital Construction Company in Dallas, Texas. He has been involved in the construction industry since 1974. Mr. Paslay received his Bachelor Degree in Business and Construction Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed the Executive Program at Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Paslay is currently a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and Airport Council International. Paslay serves on the Board of Directors for The Learning Center of North Texas in addition to the Chaplaincy. His prior community service experience includes serving on the Boards of Pantego Christian Academy, the Hill School of Fort Worth, the Downtown Fort Worth Rotary Club, Forum Fort Worth, and Leadership Fort Worth. He is also a member of the Harvard Club of Fort Worth.
Clay is married to Teresa Paslay and they have a daughter and son who are both married.
